MANAGING GROWTH, SUPPORTING BUSINESS

OVERVIEW

Make a living where the living is good

Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, on the Tennessee-North Carolina line, Fannin County is conveniently located to major metropolitan areas. Whether you are looking for a special place to start a business, raise a family, or simply be a part of a friendly and welcoming community, we have much to offer. Fannin County is a haven for entrepreneurs and new business initiatives, and the Development Authority is eager to help. The county has three incorporated cities -- Blue Ridge, Morganton and McCaysville, (which shares a downtown with Copperhill, Tenn.) -- and plenty of open space to grow a business and raise a family.

The technical colleges also assist with the State’s nationally recognized Quick Start training program, which is provided as an incentive by the State of Georgia.
