Erick Youngberg was named Executive Director of the Fannin County Development Authority in summer 2023. Previously, Mr. Youngberg served as a consultant and professional coach to small business owners and entrepreneurs. In his earlier career, Mr. Youngberg spent 34 years in various sales and leadership roles with some of the nation’s largest food services providers. Among his responsibilities, he negotiated national purchasing contracts and developed a reputation for effective team building and creating a culture of collaboration.
