Duties will include:
- Assist guests with future reservations
- Following up with guest inquiry leads
- Answer telephone calls and emails with a prescribed, professional manner
- Maintain potential and current guest profile information
- Assist customers with questions regarding their existing reservations
- Provide concierge services with general knowledge of the properties and surrounding areas including restaurants, entertainment, special events and general directions
- Strong ability to multitask and pay close to attention to detail
- Effectively manage daily correspondence and operational tasks to exceed customer’s expectations and expand customer base
- Must have computer literacy or be familiar with MS Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
